Scott is the CEO of The Security Circle and an information security and global data privacy specialist. As the Data Protection Officer of PhysioMedics, Scott manages the data privacy and information security of the PhysioWizard platform.
His credentials include Certified Data Protection Officer CDPO, CIPP/E & CIPM, certified GDPR Practitioner, qualified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer and cyber-security consultant.
As a Senior Consultant, Scott has advised to over 70 organisations on a range of areas including GDPR, data protection, data privacy, information security, cyber-resilience, business continuity and incident response management.
In recent years, Scott has specialised in Patient Health Information privacy and security. He has been the Group Data Protection Officer for two global organisations overseeing the security and compliance of over 200 applications in 60 countries.
Currently, Scott a senior consultant to the Department of Health and Social Care on the NHS Test & Trace Programme and responsible for Data Privacy on COVID-19 testing throughout the UK.
